Life Time University is comprised of two parts: 1. Instructor-led classes and 2. On-demand courses in The Learning Well.

Our online courses introduce team members to important lessons like Life Time culture, sexual harassment training, CPR procedures, and general safety. Checkpoints with our Life Time academic advisors assure the team members completely understand the information at hand.

Instructor-lead classes provide an in-depth review of our important topics.
