Whatever your goals, CardiO2™ Endurance Training from Life Time Fitness can help you feel good about reaching them.

  • CardiO2 Run is a 12-week, individualized program focusing on endurance training for runners and walkers, from beginner to advanced.
  • It stresses proper heart rate training methods, including a personal cardiovascular assessment to determine your optimum heart rate training zones.
  • Following an endurance test, your coach will recommend one of three workout programs.
  • Along with a small group of others, coaches will lead you through workouts mixing interval and endurance training, indoors and out, as weather permits.
  • Each training day, you’ll receive your own personalized workout plan.
  • You’ll also receive a training journal to track your progress, a performance training shirt, nutritional information and membership in Run Club.
