back muscles that support and stabilize your body. Pilates’ deep,
mindful breathing and smooth, lengthening movements are designed to
improve the way your body looks, feels and functions.
LifeStudio instructors are trained in both Reformer
and mat Pilates techniques. Choose from an array of Pilates classes on
the Reformer, a no-impact apparatus that assists you with gliding
rollers and controlled resistance. Pilates also can be performed on the
floor, with exercise mats.
