YOGA – Flexible and Focused
People of all ages, and all levels of fitness, have discovered that yoga offers benefits such as increased flexibility and recovery from injury. Yoga is a challenging alternative to traditional joint-pounding workouts. Our active approach and attention to form allows you to stay properly aligned as you achieve new levels of strength, stamina and balance.

Our classes along with private sessions will provide you everything you need to explore and energize your inner self.  Enjoy an eclectic mix of styles dependent on the instructor.

PILATES – Strong and Centered
Pilates focuses on building your body’s “core”: the abdominal and back muscles that support and stabilize your body. Pilates’ deep, mindful breathing and smooth, lengthening movements are designed to improve the way your body looks, feels and functions.

LifeStudio instructors are trained in both Reformer and mat Pilates techniques. Choose from an array of Pilates classes on the Reformer, a no-impact apparatus that assists you with gliding rollers and controlled resistance. Pilates also can be performed on the floor, with exercise mats.
