How do I change the address and/or telephone information on my membership?
The request for these changes can be completed at your local Life Time Fitness by the primary member.

How do I change my billing account?
This request must be submitted in person at your local club. You must provide a voided check or savings deposit slip or bring the credit card you wish to use so that it can be imprinted. This request must be completed by the 20th of the month prior to the month you want the change to be effective. Example: Change your account information by May 20th, 2008 to be effective for June, 2008.

How do I stop the billing on my account and just get a bill in the mail?
In order to maintain an active membership, all of our memberships must have an account provided from which we can draft your monthly membership dues. However, if you do not want your dues to debit from the account we have on file, you can make a payment at the club for the next month´s dues by the 20th of the current month. Example: If you don't want your checking account debited or your credit card charged for the June 1st, 2008 dues, make your payment at the club by May 20, 2008.

How do I cancel my membership?
If you are the lead/primary member, you can go into the club and complete a written notice to cancel your membership. Forms are available at the front desk. You may also mail your request to your local club by certified mail with a return receipt request. Cancellations are not accepted via e-mail. A 30-day notice of cancellation is required. If your request is received by the 5th of the current month, your cancellation will be effective at the end of that month. If you cancel after the 5th of the current month you will be billed for the following month.
