How It Works

First, we’ll listen. We custom design our nutritional education, guidance and support around you. That’s why all Registered Dietitian nutritional consultations begin with an assessment of your personal dietary needs and goals.

From there, we’ll work with you to design a customized meal plan. If your goals include weight loss, for example, we will create a program designed to result in gradual, consistent weight loss of no more than two pounds per week. And we’ll establish practical success measures based on your overall body composition, not just weight loss.

Then, we’ll be there for you for ongoing support, even after you reach your goals. Our friendly Registered Dietitians will be with you every step of the way to motivate, reassure and empower you while keeping you focused on results. You may feel challenged, but with us you’ll never feel intimidated or overwhelmed.
