Loss:

- includes a free, monthly Lifestyle Management Fitness journal

Once you
register, you’ll work within a small group of between 8 to 15 people
who share your desire for support, motivation and measurable
weight-loss results.

the Personal Training or Nutrition Coaching staff.
Program cost
- $499.50 for 12-week program -- less than $14 per session for
personalized instruction. (Personalized training sessions, if purchased
separately, would cost $2,300!)
- $150 joiner fee refunded if you achieve your established goal
within the 12-week program.
