Getting Started

Begin your training with a comprehensive six-week Pilates Fundamentals Series and or with a Private 1-on-1 Intro Pack. Both series are designed for first-time Pilates students. Develop basic skills and terminology, and learn basic usages of equipment while enhancing core strength, flexibility and physical endurance. Both options will prepare you to move on to more advanced Pilates training methods.

Private 1-on-1 Intro Pack
Introductory Package of four sessions.

Pilates Fundamentals Intensive
Six-week session, six introductory classes, once per week.
