      Stay centered with the age-old tradition of 108 Sun Salutations. The yoga equivalent of a marathon, this physically challenging sequence is practiced for strength and endurance and can be a powerful tool for meditation and self-transformation.       The first half of the class starts off with cardio training and the second half includes basic strength training. Your instructor will decide what type of cardio will be the focus.
