    Life Time offers a wide variety of specialized fitness programs and activities – from complimentary group fitness and yoga classes, group training for any level, kids activities and swimming lessons, to Pilates, tennis, squash and racquetball leagues and lessons and much more.     • Adult 1 (13+)

      If you've never learned to swim, this is the class for you. You'll get personal attention with our 1:6 student-to-instructor ratio to help you feel comfortable in the water.

    • Adult 2 (13+)

      Level 2 is for those who know how to swim, but want to perfect their skills and endurance. You'll get personal attention with our 1:6 student-to-instructor ratio.

    • Adult Martial Arts

      No matter what level you're at, we welcome you to this educational martial arts training offering basic techniques, mental discipline and a true respect for self.

    • Adult Stroke Clinic (18+)

      Our experienced coaches will lead an informative clinic to improve your technique and endurance. Topics vary by clinic. Contact your club for dates and times.

    • Adult Tae Kwon Do

      Self-confidence and self-discipline are just two things you'll gain in this belted class. With sparring and aerobic exercise, you'll increase flexibility and focus and learn self-defense.

    • Alpha Fundamentals

      Move beyond basic strength training and learn proper Olympic and gymnastic movements. You’ll train for cardiovascular and muscular endurance and see incredible results.

    • Alpha Training

      Unleash the full power of your speed, strength and endurance with Alpha Training. You’ll train like an athlete with functional exercises that improve your overall strength and enhance your performance in both sports and everyday activities.

    • Cardio Racquetball

      This group fitness class on the racquetball court will get your heart pounding and provide athletic development to help you move better on the court and have more energy and stamina during matches.

    • Climb Club

      A member run group of climbers supported by LTF that meets weekly to climb and socialize. Members must be 21+ and be belay certified.
