    Life Time offers a wide variety of specialized fitness programs and activities – from complimentary group fitness and yoga classes, group training for any level, kids activities and swimming lessons, to Pilates, tennis, squash and racquetball leagues and lessons and much more.     • Advanced Rock Climbing (6 - 14 years)

      The sense of accomplishment your child will get from climbing this wall is indescribable. Our trained instructors help build endurance, strength and learn climbing technique.

    • Adventure Days

      ? Now your child age 3 to 12 can enjoy a variety of healthy, active group and individual activities including: Yoga, Dance, Sports Skills, Martial Arts, Kids Fitness, Nutrition Education, Homework Helpers, and Learning Exploration through Science, Drama, and Arts & Crafts. We have 1-day ($12.50/day), 3-day ($11.75/day), or 5-day ($9.75/day) options available. Monthly registration is required.

    • Afternoon Animals (5 - 12 years)

      After camp day is done, we'll have games and activities set up just for kids. Any time you pick them up during this two-hour fun-for-all is fine by us.

    • Basketball Camps (13 - 18 years)

      This challenging series of group games and scrimmages gives your child the skills needed to properly compete. Our coaches cover shooting, passing, rebounding, defense and more.

    • Basketball Camps (6 - 12 years)

      This challenging series of group games and scrimmages gives your child the skills needed to properly compete. Our coaches cover shooting, passing, rebounding, defense and more.

    • Basketball Camps (6 - 9 years)

      This challenging series of group games and scrimmages gives your child the skills needed to properly compete. Our coaches cover shooting, passing, rebounding, defense and more.

    • Boys Camp (5 - 12 years)

      We've got a weeklong camp designed just for the boys. They'll get plenty of exercise with daily sporting games and fun-filled competitions with boys their own age.

    • Cheer Camps (10 - 12 years)

      Experienced cheerleaders teach your child basic moves, cheers, formations, jumps and dance routines, which build self-esteem and promote teamwork.

      Experienced cheerleaders teach your child basic moves, cheers, formations, jumps and dance routines, which build self-esteem and promote teamwork.

    • Cheer Camps (4 - 6 years)

      This introduction to cheerleading teaches your preschooler the basic moves, cheers and formations to help him or her grow to love this fun, energetic activity for years to come.
