    • Discover Pilates

      See what our Pilates program can do for you in a free, 30-minute demonstration class.

    • Fitness Pilates

      Utilize and strengthen your powerhouse: your deep abdominal muscles, obliques and lower back. This class combines the precise movements of Pilates with traditional fitness elements.

    • Pilates 1

      Build on the knowledge that you gained from the introductory private sessions or small group series. Add exercises that improve strength, endurance and quality of movement.

    • Pilates 2

      Continue your work with advanced exercises. You’ll not only need your instructor’s blessing for this level, but also mastery of the discipline’s foundational concepts.

    • Pilates 3

      Focus on greater precision, flow and concentration while increasing strength, stamina and control. Check with your instructor before progressing to this level.

    • Pilates 4

      Challenge yourself to all that Pilates has to offer. But first, get a thumbs-up from your instructor that you’re both physically and mentally ready for these advanced exercises.

    • Pilates Fundamentals Intensive

      Try this method of exercise on for size with other beginners. This introductory package includes six small group classes and one private session.

    • Pilates Mat Class

      The Mat Pilates exercise series is a set of body weight exercises that affect the whole body. In one workout you will tone, strengthen, and stretch your upper and lower body. It is a smart, low-impact, hard workout.
