      Raise the bar in this strength training class designed for all fitness levels. We use Iron Grip Strength Equipment as the primary tool to improve muscular strength and endurance.

      Sculpt your midsection as you improve your body's overall functional strength, balance and coordination through movement challenges that test the body's core muscles.

    • F.I.T.

      Challenge your muscular endurance, balance and coordination with Functional Integrated Training, an advanced, total-body functional strength training class.

    • Foundations - Strength

      Enjoy a strength class with the beginner in mind. This less intense format is a valuable way to get comfortable with strength training.

    • KettleWorX CORE

      Like our KettleWorX CARDIO, this is an unconventional workout. But this time, we're honing in on your core, making it stronger and delivering amazing results in the long run.

    • KettleWorX RESISTANCE

      We take the other KettleWorX classes and stretch them out three-dimensionally. Using kettlebells once again, you'll strengthen your body from every conceivable angle.

    • Strictly Strength

      Develop muscular strength and endurance while challenging every major muscle. We'll tackle basic resistance training exercises using traditional, strategic principles.

    • X Effect

      Transform your body as you break through any plateuas. We challenge your traditional workout regimen with a 30-minute routine focused on functional training techniques.
