    • Academy

      This program is for players competing in Sectional, National and International Tournaments. It is created to provide for the individualized needs of the High Performance tennis player. In addition to on-court technical and tactical tennis training, the program includes off-court support. Strength and conditioning, plyometrics, speed, agility and nutrition education develop the complete athlete. We even include a mentoring system that delivers quarterly player evaluations, tournament recommendations, video analysis and goal setting unique to each player. It is the complete program designed to help you develop to your fullest potential.

    • CSP USTA Drill

      Improve your game with this set of intensive, player-sustained drills focusing on match scenarios and patterns. Four to five players per court ensure maximum play time.

    • Cardio Tennis

      If you thought tennis was fun before, try this high-energy workout. This group activity will get your heart pumping and burn those calories while improving your overall game.

    • Clinic - All Levels

      With an awesome 4:1 student-to-pro ratio, you'll learn even more from this weekly class. Develop a better stroke technique and work on strategy without too much commitment.

    • Coed Mixer

      We'll pair you up with a partner. All you have to do is show up at the mixer. These weekly events are a great way to meet new friends and tennis partners.

    • Drills - All Comers

      Drill sessions are large group workouts that you sign up for on a week-to-week basis. The emphasis is to work on your game and fitness through "player sustained" drills that focus on typical match situations and patterns. Four or five students per court ensure maximum hitting time.

    • Jr Development 1

      We engage players in practice and play 1 to 3 times a week, preparing them for JV- or varsity-level competition. Also private lessons, tournament play and training on a weekly basis.

    • Jr Development 2

      We engage players in practice and play 1 to 3 times a week, preparing them for JV- or varsity-level competition. Also private lessons, tournament play and training on a weekly basis.

    • Jr Development 3
