    • Adult Martial Arts

      No matter what level you're at, we welcome you to this educational martial arts training offering basic techniques, mental discipline and a true respect for self.

    • Adult Tae Kwon Do

      Self-confidence and self-discipline are just two things you'll gain in this belted class. With sparring and aerobic exercise, you'll increase flexibility and focus and learn self-defense.

    • Fight Shape Level 1

      In this foundational course, you’ll be introduced to boxing, kicking, grappling tactics and fight strategy. Results are measurable without the contact associated with the sport.

    • Fight Shape Level 2

      The same high-energy structure as Level 1, except now you'll hone your fighting abilities at a higher intensity, culminating in a 10-round challenge to get you ready for Level 3.

    • Fight Shape Level 3

      This intermediate level includes combat tactics and in-depth strategy. And it works to improve endurance, culminating in a 5-round challenge that puts your fitness to the test.

    • Fight Shape Level 4

      In this high-intermediate level class, general conditioning and skill mastery are the focus. By the end of this course, you'll show off your skills in a 3-round challenge.

    • Kids Jiu-Jitsu (4 - 8 years)

      Leverage is the key to this ancient, grappling-based martial art. Your child will develop confidence, flexiblity and improved coordination while learning better movement skills.
