    Life Time offers a wide variety of specialized fitness programs and activities – from complimentary group fitness and yoga classes, group training for any level, kids activities and swimming lessons, to Pilates, tennis, squash and racquetball leagues and lessons and much more.     • Advanced Rock Climbing (6 - 14 years)

      The sense of accomplishment your child will get from climbing this wall is indescribable. Our trained instructors help build endurance, strength and learn climbing technique.

    • Beginner Motion (12+)

      If your child's a beginner climber, this 90-minute class teaches him or her about equipment, safety, types of holds, and introduces him or her to the rock wall.

    • Cliff Hangers 1 (5 - 11 years)

      Basic climbing skills, basic fundamentals and competition are the focus of this class. Plenty of time is devoted to practice so they'll develop their climbing skills.

    • Cliff Hangers 2 (5 - 11 years)

      Once they've mastered Cliff Hangers 1, they're ready to review the basics and prepare for Climbing Team tryouts. Bouldering, technical climbing and advanced techniques are covered.

    • Climb Club

      A member run group of climbers supported by LTF that meets weekly to climb and socialize. Members must be 21+ and be belay certified.

    • Climb Team (13 - 17 years)

      This competitive group comprises the best climbers from each Life Time. Climbers may have the opportunity to attend local, regional and national climbing competitions if you qualify to join.

    • Climb Team (8 - 12 years)

      This competitive group comprises the best climbers from each Life Time. Climbers may have the opportunity to attend local, regional and national climbing competitions if you qualify to join.

    • Family Approach (5 - 11 years & Parents)

      The Family Approach climbing class teaches parent and children necessary climbing skills in a controlled environment with a dedicated focus on two-way communication. Separately the parents will learn belay skills and building trust and the children learn climbing techniques and verbal commands (they'll get to play some games too), after which the two groups are brought back together to practice their newly learned skills.

    • Gravity 1 (12+)

      This beginner class if for teens and adults who are interested in learning the basic climbing terminology, safety and technique.

    • Gravity 2 (12+)

      This intermediate to advanced class is for teens and adults who have completed Gravity 1. We focus closely on climbing technique and movement.
