    Life Time offers a wide variety of specialized fitness programs and activities – from complimentary group fitness and yoga classes, group training for any level, kids activities and swimming lessons, to Pilates, tennis, squash and racquetball leagues and lessons and much more.     • Alpha Fundamentals

      Move beyond basic strength training and learn proper Olympic and gymnastic movements. You’ll train for cardiovascular and muscular endurance and see incredible results.

    • Alpha Showdown

      A Personal Training event consisting of three separate gauntlets (Power, Hypertrophy, and Endurance). The use of the entire gym will be necessary for approximately three hours.

    • Alpha Training

      Unleash the full power of your speed, strength and endurance with Alpha Training. You’ll train like an athlete with functional exercises that improve your overall strength and enhance your performance in both sports and everyday activities.

    • Feature Programming

      In this class, you will experience a small group workout taught by a rock star performer who will utilize individual creativity, skills, and talent to craft a workout that is on trend and tailored for you.

    • PWR+ (SGT)

      This fully comprehensive, non-competitive season training program is designed to help competitive cyclists, triathletes and mountain bikers. November through March, athletes will train to a periodized training progression in a small group using power as their primary training metric. Athletes can expect to improve performance, measured as Functional Threshold Power, by over 10%.
